Loot from Gunpla Expo Singapore 2016 (sort of...)

Haha... I got my hands on the 2 of the Expo items on sale at the Gunpla Expo Singapore 2016. But yet I did not buy it outright at the event itself.
Actually I got it online from Carousell. Apparently the seller bought the kits for her boyfriend as a surprise but in the end he already got the items before her. She was selling the Beargguy at $35 and the Zaku II at $75 which actually cost $38.95 and $81.95 respectively at the Expo. I managed to seal the deal with her at $100 for both. Lucky me. Anyway I was already aiming for these 2 kits, so opportunity presented itself. Haha...

Gundam Unicorn Episode 7 Screening in Singapore Aftermath

The Singapore screening of  Gundam Unicorn Episode 7 has come to a close. I totally enjoyed myself at the screening. The show was great, the crowd was great and of course the Gunpla on sale were excellent! I snapped some quick photos at the event to showcase the enthusiasm of our local Gundam fans.

Guess what? I am going to the screening of Gundam Unicorn Episode 7 Over the Rainbow in Singapore. The latest instalment of the Gundam Unicorn Anime will screening in Singapore in 17 May 2014 barring no changes.

Loot from Kuching Trip

I visited Kuching, Sarawak, over the weekend and paid a visit to Heng Kim Trading.

They had just moved to their new place at One TJ and I must admit the new premise is much more spacious and have more room for their display of their kits. They had been featured in the news recently for their contribution to the gunpla scene in East Malaysia.

This time, they have quite a number of new stocks and what caught my eye were the bootlegs.

March 2014 Loot! Zollidia from Victory Gundam

I just came across this kit yesterday and could help myself in buying it. It is the Zollidia from the V Gundam Series. This is a quite an old kit. I was a bit surprised myself when I found it in one of my favourite hobby stores.

Mini Gundam Event at OG Orchard

 There was a mini Gundam event held ay OG Orchard recently. Sensing some bargains, I made my way down to check it out. There was 20% off the regular price on the gunplay. There was also the launch of new gunplay at a special price as well. This means the Doven Wolf Unicorn version was available.

After attending the Gunpla Expo, of course I cannot go home empty handed. Actually I went there twice thus there are two batches of loot.

I have just returned from a trip to Kuching, Sarawak. I was there over the long weekend. While there I paid a visit to Heng Kim Trading located at BDC Everise.  Of course I will not go home empty handed while I was there. Got some kits, both Bandai & bootlegs.
